Project Overview
At Rubrik I implemented the Cloud Accounts pages for our award-winning web app, Rubrik Security Cloud. I worked with designer Anam Bhatia to build a single "control center" for customers to see and secure all their cloud storage and compute. These carefully executed, high-traffic pages showcased Rubrik's value as a SAAS company, leading to a successful IPO in April 2024.
The technical challenge was two-fold. It required a broad understanding of the major cloud providers (Azure, AWS, and GCP), their similarities and differences for storage and compute services. Executing this redesign also required an understanding of Rubrik's range of SaaS products and how they integrated with the cloud providers. It was an ambitious project with high visibility. But with clear communication, close collaboration with SMEs, and requirements negotiation that put the customer first, this 9-month project crossed the finish line and was presented to our CEO.
Rubrik Security Cloud won the Red Dot Design and the iF Design awards in 2023 and 2024 and helped solidify Rubrik as the leader in data resilience.
